The Bonaventure is managed by FirstService Residential, and employs over 40 full and part time employees.  These include management, concierge, valet, courtesy attendant, maintenance, and housekeeping.   The average tenure of a Bonaventure employee is 15 years, due to the wonderful work environment and excellent benefits.
