The Bonaventure is a full service building offering amenities and grounds that are unmatched in Dallas.
The courtesy staff will attend to all of your needs. Deliveries, packages, mail, and dry cleaning are some of the many services handled by the courtesy staff. The service desk is staffed 24/7.
The Bonaventure valet staff will park and retrieve your vehicle upon request. The valet parking staff is trained to safely handle your vehicle while making your life easier.
The Venetian Room was completely remodeled in 2016. The room is appointed with TVs, sitting areas, game tables, a wet bar and catering kitchen. Complimentary coffee service is available every morning. Residents may reserve the room for private events. The Bonaventure provides tables, chairs, linen, glassware and room setup. The Social Committee is famous for coordinating frequent social events utilizing this space.
A 1/6 mile walking track winds around the picturesque private lake surrounded by breathtaking gardens and landscaping. Relax and enjoy the sparkling twin fountains. Playground area with benches is located amidst the lovely gardens.
The Bonaventure residents have access to a one-of-a kind fitness center and spa facility. The aerobic area features treadmills, ellipticals, and recumbent bikes on a Mondo floor. Each aerobic station is equipped with an individual cardio theater unit with private access to the buildings's expanded cable lineup. The weight resistance areas features a Life Fitness training circuit and an extensive free-weight area.
The outdoor pool is heated seasonally with a cabana area, wading pool and hot tub situated within the pool deck area. Five gas grills are located on the deck's perimeter for year-round use.
The spa features an indoor therapy pool, pool jets, and hot tub. Our indoor pool is heated throughout the year. It is great for exercise and swimming laps. The indoor pool and hot tub were updated in 2020.
Our spa also features wet & dry saunas. This area was remodeled in 2016 to give it a fresh new look. The ladies & mens locker rooms are conveniently located adjacent to the indoor pool and exercise area with bathroom and shower facilities. Residents may request an assigned locker.
Two lighted tennis courts and pickle-ball court are located on top of the parking garage facility for resident use.
There are three designated dog walk areas with pet waste stations for use by pet owners.

The maintenance and housekeeping staff maintain the 332,000 square feet of common areas. The maintenance staff is available to counsel and assist residents with minor maintenance issues.
BuildingLink is a web-based system that manages communications, record keeping and task tracking between residents, building staff and property management. The management tools within the system allow the staff to manage operations and exceed resident's expectations. BuildingLink enhances communications and dramatically increases staff efficiency while strengthening resident's connection to the property and their neighbors.
The Residential Portal enables residents to catch up on what's new in the building and interact efficiently with the building staff. Residents can post notices on the building's moderator-controlled message boards, issue instructions to the staff such as visitor authorization, and residents can even write a maintenance request. Packages and deliveries are tracked; there are display boards in two locations on the first floor common areas that will indicate if a resident has a package to be picked up. BuildingLink will generate an email notification letting residents know they have a package and when their maintenance request has been completed. A monitor screen is displayed in the mail room and service area letting the residents know at a glance that they have a package, letter, flowers or even that their dry cleaning has arrived.
