Everyone including but not limited to contractors, guests, real estate agents and potential residents must still abide by Judge Clay Jenkins Orders including the six (6) foot rule and masks. All non-residents of the Bonaventure will have their temperature checked before entering.
Summarized below are the precautions in place at The Bonaventure to protect our residents and staff from the Coronavirus/COVID-19 threat during the ‘Shelter in Place’ order.
Essential services necessary to maintain essential Bonaventure operations: These services will continue with no interruption.
Non-Essential Services: These services are suspended and access to the building for these service providers is prohibited at this time:
Food Delivery – When a food delivery provider arrives at the building, the Service Desk will call to announce arrival. If payment is required, you are required to come to the Service Desk to settle with the delivery person. We ask residents to follow these guidelines:
Please note that the dynamics of this national emergency could result in immediate changes in procedures without prior notice.
Our goal is to ensure that The Bonaventure family spirit remains bright, we stay connected to one another and all work together to get through these uncertain times.
As always, your Bonaventure Board of Directors and staff members are committed to serving you and will continue to provide updates as circumstances change or new information is available.
