Everyone including but not limited to contractors, guests, real estate agents and potential residents must still abide the six (6) foot solcial distance rules and masks. All non-residents of the Bonaventure will have their temperature checked before entering.
Summarized below are the precautions in place at The Bonaventure to protect our residents and staff from COVID-19:
Essential services necessary to maintain essential Bonaventure operations: These services will continue with no interruption.
Food Delivery – When a food delivery provider arrives at the building, the Service Desk will call to announce arrival. If payment is required, you are required to come to the Service Desk to settle with the delivery person. If payment was issued via credit card/etc. your food delivery will be accepted and a Bonaventure staff member will bring it to your Unit. Delivery persons will not be allowed access past the first floor.
